Mileage Run update

I just had to book a mileage run that included IAD during a huge storm. That flight was cancelled so whoever edited my itinerary thought instead of CLT-IAD-DEN-SFO-BUR I should be happy with CLT-DEN-BUR. Ok, so i can’t get to IAD but that doesn’t mean i don’t want the rest!

In DEN i asked to be switched back on my original flights from here. the lady thought i wanted to stop in SFO and not continue to BUR. i had to keep reminding her I want to go to both…I want to end in BUR but i want to go through SFO.
