[CLOSED] Contest: US Airways Trial Silver Status

After I crossed 45 segments I received a Special Dividend from US Airways which allows me to nominate someone for US Airways Trial Silver. What is Trial Silver?

You will get all of the perks of a Silver Elite (1 free checked bag, early boarding, bonus miles, a shot at free upgrades) from day one and if you fly 7,500 miles or 10 segments (only US Airways/US Airways Express metal counts) in 90 days you will keep Silver Preferred until Feb 28, 2015.

 

To enter, leave a comment below and I will use a random number generator to select a winner. I have several months before I need to nominate someone so if the winner wants me to hold onto it until they know they can do the travel to keep it that is fine with me. Also, if you currently are preferred you cannot accept this trial, but since this is for the lowest level anyway it makes little difference.

  2. Flying US Airways soon from Seattle to Boston via PHL. Silver Trial would go a long way towards Silver Preferred.

  37. This is great. I have been holding off a test to silver. I used it years ago and it was fantastic. Does the trial still work the same, whereby if you fly enough for chairman in 90 days you keep chairman status?
