I’m hoping between the time I schedule this post and the time it gets published I am proven wrong, but as of noon today there is still no official signup page for a promo Loyalty Lobby stated would start tomorrow.

Yes. When a program has consistently had promos for years and then doesn’t. Although it is still July and Hilton isn’t always prompt.
