Thanks to a call to Marriott I finally get the Mega Bonus deals.

The upcoming MegaBonus runs Sept 15, 2013 -Jan 15, 2014:

To earn your bonus points:

  • Register by November 15, 2013

  • Stay between September 15, 2013 and January 15, 2014

  • Earn 35,000 bonus points after 20 paid nights plus an additional 15,000 after 25 paid nights, up to 50,000 bonus points

I’m glad to finally get these.  I had no real incentive to stay at a Marriott over a Hilton because even a crappy quarterly program from Hilton can be more advantageous than no promo from Marriott.  Now that I have Platinum status I think I may start shifting more of my stays from Hilton brands to Marriott brands.
